Our Pineapple Gin is a combination of 4 existing botanicals Juniper, Coriander, Rosemary and Angelica Root, and 4 new botanicals Persian Lime, Lemongrass, Bergamot Orange and Pineapple. The result is a gin bursting with tropical flavour that is a fantastic addition to Caribbean style cocktails.

Made from low-yielding old vines of Grenache and Carignan Noir
