Fattoria Villa Ligi - Albaspino 2024 (750ml) Picpoul de PinetThe Bianchello del Metauro Albaspino is made from 100% Biancame, a local, small berries clone of Trebbiano that is closely related to the Procanico of Orvieto. There are just two hectares of Biancame at Villa Ligi. The grapes are hand harvested, fermented in concrete tanks, and the wine matures for six months with regular batonnage, before bottling in the spring following the harvest. In the glass, this lovely white wine has a limpid, pale primrose
