Benedicte & Stephane Tissot - Cotes du Jura Pinot Noir 'En Barberon' 2022 (750ml) Petit MansengA 100% whole grape Pinot Noir, vinified and aged in 30% new Burgundian oak barrels. It has formidable freshness and a long finish with smoky, spicy notes. 40 year old vines from a 1. 8 hectare parcel with Lias marl soils and limestone skeleton on the surface. It has an exuberant body reminiscent of the great Pinots of the Cte de Nuits, with superb firmness and density. The fruit is dynamic, the sip textural.
