Cassiterite on Muscovite, Sichuan love

Cassiterite on Muscovite, Sichuan loveCassiterite (twinned crystals) on silvery muscovite from Mount Xuebaoding, Pingwu, Sichuan Province, China. Extremely dark brown black with a high luster. Slightly passes light at the very top of the smaller crystal. Has some contact damage on the larger crystal but is cleanly terminated. Measures approx 1. 5 x 1. 5 and site 1 tall. The larger crystal measures approx 16 mm across. Will come with a small stand.
