Sedella Laderas de Sedella Anfora 2020 (750ml) NegretteLaurens amphora aged wine is a blend of Rom Tinto, Garnacha, and Jan, grown on slate, on very poor soils. Fermented with native yeasts in French oak eggs; aged one year in cement amphora. Sulfur is used only at bottling, and there is no fining or filtration. This has bright berry fruit, with spice, cured meat and lifted violet.
The oak is very nicely integrated with the wine and offers some vanilla
